Given these unprecedented times we understand you may have concerns and therefore cancellation of the booking is free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. 
In special circumstances (travel warning or entry ban) we assure you, that you can cancel your booking with us at short notice free of charge and we will refunded the deposit. 

We would also like to inform you to the cancellation conditions adapted to the current situation and to the recommendation to conclude a travel cancellation insurance.
